Crab Enchilada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. olive oil
    1 large onion
    2 bell peppers
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    2 (No. 1) cans tomato puree
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 doz. crabs
    salt and hot red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop onion and bell peppers.
    Fry in oil until brown.
    Add tomato puree and sauce.
    Cook on slow fire for 1 hour.
    Add crabs and cook another 1 1/2 hours.
