Lollipops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    solid vegetable shortening or nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray
    assorted candies and dried fruits (such as jelly beans, cinnamon red hots, raisins)
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    flavor extracts and colorings (see note)
Preparation
    You will also need 8 (5 ounce) or 5 (8 ounce) unwaxed paper cups and lollipop sticks.
