Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 to 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0. Cut shortening into flour, baking powder and salt with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Stir in just enough milk so dough leaves side of bowl and rounds up into balls.
