Homemade Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 lb. tender pork
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tea cup fine salt
1/4 c. powdered salt
1/4 c. black pepper
1/2 c. brown sugar
sage (optional)
Preparation

Mix seasonings and sprinkle over meat.
Grind through a meat grinder.
Mix well and press into a bowl or jar.
