Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 pkg. peanuts
Preparation
    In large kettle, melt butter, sugar and syrup.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; add 1/2 teaspoon soda and package of peanuts.
    Place corn in large baking pan, pour and stir syrup over corn until coated on all pieces.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Cool and put in Ziploc bags.
