Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 lg. peppers (green or red)
 
1-1/2 c. cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper
bottle of liquid pectin (both pkgs.)
green food coloring
Preparation
- 
                            Put 1/2 peppers and 1/2 vinegar in blender - repeat.
