Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease six 6-ounce glass custard cups with butter.
    By hand, mix eggs, milk and butter with whisk.
    Sift flour and salt to mixture; mix until smooth.
    In blender, blend until smooth the mixture.
    Pour into custard cups, filling about half full.
    Bake on a flat pan for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve hot.
