Dilled Potato Salad With Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. small red new potatoes
    1/4 c. green onion sliced
    hard-boiled eggs (if desired)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 or 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried dill
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/3 c. light mayonnaise
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash new potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices and cook in large saucepan with boiling water to cover.
    Boil gently 10 minutes or until potatoes are just tender.
    Do not overcook.
    Drain and cool.
