Mam-Mas' Texas Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    5 long green onions, chopped
    14 oz. canned stewed tomatoes
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 to 10 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, cook ground beef.
    Drain most of grease.
    Add sauce, tomatoes, sugar and salt.
    Stir well and let simmer.
    In large pan, mix boiled noodles, sour cream, cream cheese and green onions.
    Stir well until cheese is melted.
    Add noodle mixture to skillet mixture and let simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serves one.
