"Chicken Lickin" Good Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lean pork chops, cut 1 inch thick
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken and rice soup
Preparation
    Dredge pork
    chops
    in\tmixture
    of
    flour,
    salt,
    dry mustard and garlic powder.\tBrown
    in
    oil in large skillet or heavy pot.\tAdd can of
    soup. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours or until tender, turning a couple of times.
