Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 can light kidney beans
    1 small onion, sliced finely
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 stalk celery, chopped finely
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    In large pot, brown ground beef.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Drain grease from meat.
    Add tomato juice, tomatoes, kidney beans, onion and celery.
    Combine remaining spices.
    Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
    Cook on low for 2 hours.
    Serve with crackers.
