Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large jar sauerkraut
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
small jar chopped pimientos
4 to 5 green onions
Preparation

Rinse sauerkraut with cold water; drain well.
Add celery, onions, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar.
Mix and let stand in refrigerator at least overnight.
Serve.
