Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 large eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 c. diced apples
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    1 c. nuts (walnut or pecans, optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Slowly stir in flour, apples and vanilla.
    Add nuts and coconut.
    Pour into a Bundt pan.
    Mixture will be thick.
    Bake for approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.
