Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 large onion
    minced garlic
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomato
    1 small can green chilies, mild (Old El Paso)
    1 to 2 cans kidney beans
    1/2 c. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    salt
    1 (12 oz.) beer or water
Preparation
    Brown first 5 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve with grated Cheddar cheese and corn bread.
