Italian Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie crust
    2 medium zucchini or yellow squash, chopped (2 c.)
    1 medium onion, chopped (I prefer Vidalia)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained and cut up
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Prebake unpricked pie crust on preheated cookie sheet in 450\u00b0 oven for 6 minutes.
    Remove pie crust from oven; reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
