Microwave Spaghetti And Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

2 lb. ground meat
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf
cooked spaghetti (3 c. will serve 4 to 5)
Preparation

In a 3-quart casserole, mix together the meat, onion, celery and garlic.
Cover; cook on High 10 minutes, stirring twice. Drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes and liquid, tomato paste, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, basil, oregano and bay leaf.
Cook on High 25 minutes, stirring twice.
Remove bay leaf. Serve sauce over spaghetti.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Freeze remaining sauce.
Makes 2 quarts.
