Seems Impossible Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs with a mixer for 3 minutes. Add melted oleo, sugar, flour, salt, milk and vanilla.
    Beat until well blended.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into a buttered 10-inch glass pie dish.
    Bake 40 minutes.
    Makes its own crust.
