Mini Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, water, garlic, ginger and sugar in a large bowl.
    Add beef and mix lightly.
    Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
    Arrange on a lightly greased baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
    Serve on toothpicks.
    Makes 32 meatballs, 32 calories.
