Lola'S Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 c. chopped green bell peppers
    1 bottle Certo fruit pectin
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in vinegar in a saucepan.
    Bring mixture to
    a boil
    and
    add
    Certo.
    Let
    mixture set for 10 minutes before pouring
    into
    jars.
    You
    may use your choice of food coloring for color.\tAdd after the Certo.
    If you like it hot, add 1/4 cup red hot peppers.
