Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Undercook broccoli; drain. Combine soup, butter, bread crumbs, sugar, salt, pepper and onion. Mix together. Add broccoli. Fold in beaten eggs. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
