Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook potatoes in boiling salt water in jackets.
Let cool (do not overcook).
Peel potatoes and grate.
Mix sour cream, cheese, milk and remaining ingredients except bread crumbs.
Put potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
