Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cartons fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 medium chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 1/2 to 4 cans chicken broth
    2 cartons whipping cream
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add 3 tablespoons flour; slowly add chicken broth, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are done.
    Add cream and nutmeg; heat through.
