Pizzaburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
1 egg, beaten
12 cooked pork sausage links, diced
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
dash of pepper
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine rice, butter and egg.
Line bottom of 12-inch skillet or pizza pan with rice mixture, making a rim around the edge about 1/4-inch high.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Arrange sausage. Sprinkle with salt, Italian seasonings and pepper.
Cover with Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
