Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour milk (milk with vinegar or lemon juice)
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. sugar or honey
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Combine sour milk with egg yolks.
    Sift and add flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Add margarine and sugar.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Cook as usual on hot skillet.
