Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Beat cream cheese, sour cream and margarine.
    Mix with potatoes, onions and salt.
    Spread in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle
    paprika across top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
