Ingredients

2 Tbsp. instant coffee
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
4 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 baked graham cracker crust
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Brush beaten egg white onto crust and bake at 375\u00b0 about 5 minutes sealing the bottom of crust.
Cool.
Dissolve coffee in warm water until clear and cool.
Blend into soft ice cream, fold in the Cool Whip.
Fill and freeze.
May be garnished with strawberries.
