Crock-Pot Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef (1-inch cubes)
    5 carrots, sliced
    3 potatoes, in chunks
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.)
    1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca
    2 bay leaves
    salt and pepper
    garlic cloves
Preparation
    Trim all fat from meat.
    Put all ingredients into crock-pot and mix thoroughly.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
