Company Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boiled potatoes
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. green onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. sour cream (room temperature)

Coarsely shred the potatoes. Add cheese and melted butter. Add onions, salt, pepper and sour cream. Top
with melted butter. Bake in
a 350\u00b0 oven until heated through.
