Mushroom And Tuna Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. gelatin
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 eggs, separated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tuna fish
    1 Tbsp. pimento
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water for 5 minutes.
    Stir 1/2 cup water and 2 egg yolks into soup and mix.
    Cook 4 minutes in doubler boiler.
    Add gelatin and stir until dissolved; cool slightly.
    When it begins to set, add tuna, sprinkled with lemon juice.
    Add stiffly beaten egg whites and pimento.
    Pour into mold.
