Polynesian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bottle Russian dressing
1 small jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 fryer chicken, cut up

Preparation

Mix all together; pour over chicken to coat it.
Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
