Easy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken cooked and boned (save broth - set aside)
    1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
    1 medium chopped onion
    5 or 6 potatoes (cubed)
    salt
    pepper
    garlic
    bay leaf
    basil
    1 16 oz. pkg frozen California mix
    1 cup velveeta cheese
    2 cups milk
Preparation
    Add potatoes, onions and spices to broth.
    Cook until tender. Add vegetables and cook.
    Add milk, cheese and chicken.
    Heat until cheese is melted.
    Serve with crackers or crusty bread.
