Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) baked shell
    3 eggs, separated
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. ReaLemon juice concentrate
    a few drops yellow food coloring
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In mixing bowl, beat egg yolks.
    Add condensed milk, ReaLemon juice and coloring.
    Pour into crust.
    In mixer bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar to soften peaks. Gradually add sugar.
    Beat until stiff.
    Spread on pie; seal to edges.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
    Cool and chill.
