Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. mustard powder
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Put meat and onions in a bowl. Mix everything else together and then add to meat and onion. Mix well and shape into a loaf pan. Spices may be adjusted to taste, increasing the cayenne to really spice it up. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours. Cool and slice.
