Hot Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    spinach
    bacon
    vinegar
    flour
    sugar
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    In a skillet, fry bacon as you like it.
    Remove from fat.
    To the fat skimmings (only as much as you desire), add 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour.
    Stir and bring to a boil.
    Put in with the desired amount of spinach.
    With a spatula, turn spinach in this mixture only once.
    Immediately put into a dish.
    Garnish with sliced, hard-boiled eggs.
    Ready to serve.
