Caramel Corn(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. popped popcorn
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place popcorn in a 4 to 6-quart microwave-safe utensil. Combine sugar, margarine, syrup and salt in a 1-quart glass bowl. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes more.
    Add baking soda and vanilla.
    Stir well. Pour mixture over popcorn, stirring to coat evenly.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes, stirring midway through.
    Turn out on a piece of waxed paper to cool.
