Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. squash or 2 cans
1/2 stick margarine
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 small jar pimentos
Preparation

Cook squash in salt water; drain and mash.
Add margarine while squash is still hot, then add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into baking dish.
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
