Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. stew beef
    1 can celery soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Cook, covered, 4 hours at 275\u00b0 in electric skillet.
    Serve over rice or noodles!!!!!!
