Arabian Peach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 3 1/2 c. sliced peaches (No. 303 large can)
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. peach juice (if not enough juice, add water to make 1 c.)
1 stick cinnamon
4 to 6 whole cloves
1 (6 oz.) orange jello
1/2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
Preparation

Drain peaches!
Combine vinegar, sugar, peach juice and all spices.
Simmer for 10 minutes (covered).
Then strain!
Add hot water (1/2 cup) to dissolve gelatin and add 1 cup cold water. Chill slightly until salad begins to thicken and then fold in peaches and nuts.
