Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    salt and pepper to suit your taste
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except tomato juice; roll in balls.
    Put in a casserole.
    Turn 1 can of tomato juice over them. Place in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
