Mushroom Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 onions, finely chopped
    1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. consomme
    1/2 c. cream
    salt and pepper
    flour
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; slice very fine.
    Melt butter in saucepan with onions and parsley; simmer.
    Add mushrooms and juice of lemon, continue to simmer until mushrooms have absorbed liquid. Then dust with a little flour.
    Gradually, add consomme stirring until thickens.
    Cook slowly for 15 minutes.
    Before serving, add cream and seasonings to taste.
    Makes 6 servings.
