Marinated Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. apples, cut up
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix and let stand for 1 hour.
Blend in 3 cups flour which were sifted with 2 teaspoons baking soda.
Bake in greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
