Chinese Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 medium tenderloins
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. crushed anise seed
    1/2 tsp. crushed fennel seed
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and marinate tenderloins for 1 to 2 hours, turning occasionally and keeping chilled.
    Broil over a medium bed of charcoal, brushing with marinade before and after turning every 5 minutes, for a total of 25 minutes.
    Slice 1/2-inch thick.
