Garlic Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, cut into small cubes
    3/4 c. oil
    6 to 8 cloves garlic or less, if preferred
    1 Tbsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced onion or finely grated
    1 tsp. dried dill
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Peel and chop garlic.
    Add all ingredients, except potatoes, into bowl; mix well.
    Add potatoes; toss to coat, then pour into ovenproof shallow casserole.
    Roast potatoes for 30 to 40 minutes, until tender and browned.
