Refrigerator Pickles(Makes About 10 Cups) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together the first 3 ingredients; set aside.
Put remaining ingredients into saucepan and boil until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat and cool.
Pour over cucumber mixture. Fill into jars with lids.
Store in refrigerator.
Keeps up to 1 year.
