Pecan Crispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    4 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. light brown sugar (not packed)
    2 c. whole pecan halves
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together.
    Beat egg white with fork until it foams a little.
    Add vanilla; beat a little.
    Gradually add sugar and flour.
    Add pecans, a few at a time.
    Coat with mixture. Drop on well-greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Let cool some before removing from cookie sheet.
