Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 large eggs
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    French bread
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Place bread slices in layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Beat remaining ingredients (except confectioners sugar) until completely blended and granulated sugar is dissolved.
    Pour mixture over bread; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 48 hours.
    Bread will soak up liquid.
    When ready to serve, heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a jelly roll pan.
    Use a wide spatula to transfer slices to pan.
    Allow space between each piece.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and lightly browned. Dust with confectioners sugar and garnish with sliced fresh berries.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4 to 6.
