Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    head lettuce
    celery, diced
    green onions or Spanish onion, chopped
    green peppers, diced
    frozen green peas, cooked and drained
    2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
    Parmesan or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fill bowl or 9 x 13-inch pan 1/2 full of lettuce (torn or sliced).
    Add layers of celery, green onions, green peppers and green peas.
    Mix mayonnaise and sour cream; spread over peas. Sprinkle with sugar and crumbled bacon.
    Cover with cheese and refrigerate overnight.
