Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef fondue
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. beef bouillon
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    garlic powder
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef in butter.
    Sprinkle a little garlic powder on beef.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of the bouillon and let simmer until meat is tender, about an hour.
    Add onion and mushrooms and cook about 10 minutes.
    Add about a teaspoon of flour to remaining bouillon and stir
    well.
    Mix with meat mixture.
    Cook about 5 minutes.
    Add 1 cup sour cream.
    Serve over rice.
