Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    1/2 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt & pepper to taste
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. corn starch
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Place cabbage in a saucepan with butter, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Cook until tender.
    Add 3 cups milk; bring to a boil. Stir in cornstarch mixed with a small amount of milk.
    Pour into a casserole; top with cheese.
    Bake at 350 to 375 degrees until cheese browns.
