Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    10 to 12 slices bacon
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (3 to 5 lb.) venison roast
    1 c. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. red wine (dry), divided
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup water, vinegar, salt, pepper, 3/4 cup wine and garlic.
    Pour over roast and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
